He soon launched additional programs in Michigan and Ohio, reveling in the opportunity to share his love of the sport with the next generation of players.

Brett Merl Sends U.S. Youth Hockey Team To Prague

Perhaps the finest moment for Brett Merl was when he sponsored the USA Select Hockey Team's trip to Prague, Czech Republic. There, the team participated in one of Europe's most prestigious hockey tournaments, the Lekov Cup. Since that time, his interest in hockey has only increased, and he now sponsors numerous individual youth hockey players who otherwise would not be able to afford to play.
